About Us

Lovers of craft beer and honest places. We don’t make the beer—we just enjoy drinking it and sharing our favorite finds with you.

One Passion, Two Continents, and the Perfect Pour

A journey that began in the taprooms of Belo Horizonte, spread to the world and continues through the breweries of Italy.

We’ve always believed that the best way to truly know a place is through its local glass.
Long before we moved to Italy, our weekends were spent navigating the vibrant craft beer scene of our hometown, Belo Horizonte.

Whether exploring the mountains of Minas Gerais or traveling abroad, our itineraries were rarely dictated by monuments alone, they were guided by the search for the next great independent brewery and or a craft beer pub.

Discovering the “Artigianale”

When we arrived in Italy, we expected the world-class wine the country is famous for. But during our first year, we followed the local posters to our first Festa della Birra.

What we found was a revelation: a culture of “Artigianale” brewing that is as bold, creative, and deeply rooted in the land as any vineyard. We realized that Italy’s best-kept secret isn’t hidden in a cellar, but bubbling in the stainless steel tanks of small-town breweries from the Alps to the Mediterranean.

BeersAndTips.it is the digital notebook of our explorations. It’s where our passion for discovery meets the incredible craftsmanship of the Italian brewing scene. We are here to bridge the gap between the curious drinker and the local artisan.

Through our stories and “insider tips,” we invite you to look beyond the industrial labels and discover the small-batch gems, the unique Italian ingredients, and the people who make this country one of the most exciting beer destinations on the planet.

Grab a glass, and let’s explore.
